The beginning of the season So much changes during maple season. It still looks very much like winter when we start, and by the end of it, it's spring--at least, it's kind of spring. Maple season 2026 is well underway. The sap has been running like crazy and we have been, too. I almost forgot to put an invite out there to all of you to come join us on Maine Maple Sunday weekend!
