Find a good sized mug.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of baking cocoa (preferrably DARK baking cocoa) in the bottom of the mug.
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or maple sugar) into mug.
Stir well, until well-blended. Fill remainder of mug with hot milk. (Or cold milk, and then microwave for 2 minutes.)
Top off with a dollop of whipped cream.
Enjoy, and repeat as necessary.
(It helps to have it in a mug from some place warm....Hawaii, anyone?)
